New York City is a proud city, and Covid-19 was a big blow, physically for some and most definitely mentally for everyone. But the NYC Homecoming Week is a celebration for every New Yorker to get involved with.

During Homecoming Week, you will have a chance to do some things that you might never ever have thought of doing before. So many communities and companies are opening up their doors and letting the public try what they have to offer for free. New Yorkers will dance to live music at incredible venues, get to see some free movie screenings, be able to do tons of cultural activities, admire some public art, and much, much more. And of course, we found something out of the ordinary for you to try, flying on a trapeze!
STREB Extreme Action Company -Flying on a Trapeze Lessons for Free!
And you will find it at the STREB Extreme Action Company. STREB is an extreme acrobatic training company that will blow your mind with some of the stunts they do. But on August 17th, from 5 pm to 6 pm, they are going to be offering you a chance to fly through the air on a trapeze for free.

STREB will also be offering a free Acrobatics for Popaction class for kids and adults from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm. As you can imagine, space will be limited, so you will need to register ahead of time if you don’t want to miss out.
If flying personally isn’t quite your thing, but you love to watch others perform some pretty extreme stunts, STREB artists will be performing throughout the city. If you want to catch one of their performances, times and location are on their website.
Whatever you end up doing, enjoy yourselves and try to forget about all your worries. At least for a moment!
